Your forum has adult content that is not in a Private or Hidden section of your forum. The sections with adult content must be made private, so that members must be specifically admitted to a special user group you will have made in order to get into the area with adult content. Just making it so only registered users can see posts and pictures is not enough with adult content, since even youngsters can join any forum and then be able to view everything .

People might lie about how old they are, but you need to try to only have members 18 and over to have access to that private adult area. So ask people how old they are when they ask you for access to the Adult content section(s). You can't help if people lie, but by asking, you show you are doing what you can to keep underaged people out of the Adult section.

Your forum also must have the ICRA tag activated (Internet Content Rating Association).

Ok, I've decided to make this forum private:

1) only moderators and users 18 aged can see topics and partecipate the community...I'm sorry for this but otherway we could be banned in 2 days...
