New rule: pedo content won't be tolerated anymore!!

- Please pay attention in posting stuff and comments about teenage celebrities under 16 years old!!!

- it will be instead possible to post and comment feet pics of celebrities above 14 years old included (without body or face ---ONLY feet stills!!)

Just a summary of what I understood to check if I understood the new rules correctly (english is not my first language so... ) :

Underage(entire body with face) FORBIDDEN
Underage(only feet) ALLOWED
Underage(sexual comments) FORBIDDEN

Correct ?

It doesn't entirely make sense to me -

First, I understand the sexual comments - we may have gone too far - we should probably limit any sexual comments to women 18 or over. For sexual comments 14 or even 16 isn't any more appropriate than 12. So, I think such comments should be restricted to 18 and over.

What I'm not clear on is the pictures - it doesn't make sense to restrict the pictures to feet only - authentication can be a problem. Definitely, one shouldn't post a sexually suggestive picture - again 18 should be the limit - but why are pictures taken at public events, such as movie premieres or award shows - or even candids, such as at an airport - related in any way to devolving into a Pedo forum? I think it should be ok to post pictures 12 years old and above - Rachel Fox did win the best feet contest, so it would be a shame to see her banned - as long as they are in no way sexually suggestive and as long as the subject is in an appropriate and normal public setting or event.

The rule would be that the age limit is 12 years old (at the time of the picture) and the subject must be fully clothed and either in a public setting or in a photo shoot that is published in a general circulation periodical that is appropriate for the subject's (i.e. a 12 year old) age group. And, as stated above - no sexually suggestive comments or graphics. Comments should be of the "great or pretty feet" nature.

Does this make sense to everyone? Please comment.

I agree totally that we cannot allow this board to become a "pedo" hangout which will eventually lead to its being shut down. None of us want that!!! I also think it would be a shame to cut-out pictures of favorite (and contest winner) celebrities like Rachel Fox that are taken in a public place with the expectation that they will be viewed by fans. However, we may have also gone too far in adding sexual comments (including talk about masturbation) to posts of pictures of celebrities under 18. Therfore, I definitely think a rule should be established eliminating such comments for posts of celebrities under 18 which you and the moderators should vigorously enforce. Finally, we should also consider that many members are under 18, so sexual comments towards celebrities over 18 should be kept to a minimum.

Note: I think we must also limit access to the candid section - if we keep it, since it is impossible to determine if someone's "friend" is 18 or older. Of course, the simultaneous jack off section, though apparently a popular idea, may prove to be a bad idea for this board - certainly only one (I believe Emily Osment is under 18 as are Rachel and Dakota) of the mystery feet contest final four could be the subject of such a section - which, as I've said, should probably not be part of this board.

Yeah, well look. How about change the rule to no pedo comments? If non of us express our real age here, what the government dont know wont hurt then. If we post pedo comments that something, since this rule was made i noticed a lack in picture posts. This is not good guys. I say we just put it at no pedo comments. No saying we are going to f**k miley cyrus and shit like that.

Pictures/videos of celebrities that are younger than the age of 12 at the time that the picture was taken or that the video was filmed are prohibited. Further, all pictures/videos of celebrities under 18, must have been taken in a public setting, such as a red carpet event, charity event, or public place (street or airport). Any pictures/videos from a photosohoot, TV show, or movie must be from a publication or show/movie that is age appropriate for others in the same age group as the subject (in other words a picture of a 12 year old celebrity from a photoshoot must be from a magazine that is appropriate for 12 year olds).

For all celebrities under 18, inappropriate or sexual comments, counter comments (including those against members) and judgement or harressment of other posters will be deleted by staff without notice and those members involved may face immediate banishment.

The above rule only applies to celebrity photos - the subjects of all candid, non-celebrity photos, must be 18 at the time of the photograph.
